EU supports the project Book My Culture

The Founder of Book My Culture, Niki Effraimidou, was selected to participate to the project Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. This is a programme of the European Union to new or aspiring entrepreneurs that helps them gain knowledge and experience about the project they create, while going to a country abroad. 

Living the Erasmus experience in Italy

In 2024, Niki went to Tuscany, Italy, to collaborate with a local hotel and find the first vendors of Italy. She also visited one of the biggest travel exhibitions in Italy, TTG Rimini.

There, she made connections for future collaborations and attended discussions for travel Startups.

To promote Book My Culture's first vendor experience, Niki collaborated with an American influencer and unloaded promotional material on social media. When the programme ended and Niki returned to Cyprus, she was invited to present the Book My Culture and Erasmus programmes in Nicosia under the auspices of the non-governmental organization Citizens In Power.
